Things Jurassic Park taught me: dinosaurs are birds. T-Rexes have sight based on movement, to the point where they apparently also cannot smell a little girl right in front of them

Thus, using Jurassic Park knowledge, that hawk (falcon?) totally cannot see those birds until they move.
